Sack the Health Minister!
Labour is failing the health service in Wales.
- avoidable deaths are higher than in England
- thousands of people every year wait more than 36 weeks for treatment
- waiting times for hip and knee replacements in Wales were on average 100 days longer than in England or Scotland
- the average waiting time for a patient in Wales is about five to six weeks longer than in England
This is not acceptable. It's a complete failure on Labour's part.
But we don't blame the overworked NHS staff, struggling everyday to provide us with life-saving treatment. The blame lies at the top, with the Health Minister.
Here in Cardiff West we have a unique opportunity. Our Assembly Member is Mark Drakeford, the Health Minister for Wales.
By voting for Neil McEvoy, the Cardiff Plaid candidate, we can sack the Health Minister and send the strongest possible message that we will never again tolerate having our health service run into the ground by Labour.
