Clwb y Ddinas Owain Glyndŵr

We are commemorating Glyn Dŵr Day and are delighted to be hosting novelist and blogger, Elizabeth Jane Corbett, as the guest speaker for the evening. Liz Corbett lives in Melbourne, Australia and has published the highly acclaimed novel, “The Tides Between”, which charts a voyage between Wales and Australia and, more topically, she is currently writing a novel about Owain Glyn Dŵr, written from the perspective of his wife! Liz has learned Welsh and will be in Cardiff for the Eisteddfod and for various events connected with her novels. Liz will be speaking in English. We do hope you will join us for this interesting evening to celebrate one of our most important historical figures!
